To give herself \u201cgrace\u201d considering everything she\u2019s accomplished in her life and every hardship she\u2019s lived through and <em>persevered<\/em> from. On the outside looking in, I perceived a beautiful woman with so much strength, resilience, and courage; none of those from which <em>she<\/em> considered herself to be. She asked me, \u201cWhat do you mean by that? To give myself \u2018grace\u2019?\u201d This was the exact response I gave her and will now be sharing with <em>you<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Giving yourself grace means allowing yourself to be imperfect, recognizing our worthiness despite our flaws, and treating ourselves with kindness. It is an act of self-love and self-compassion, that we often forget to extend to ourselves.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Picture this: a canvas painted with the hues of understanding, compassion, and forgiveness.
